Important Rental Instructions

All vehicle rentals must be booked and paid through Booqable.

After completing your booking and payment, you will be required to complete a mandatory rental intake form prior to vehicle release. This form is used to collect insurance, authorized driver information, and acknowledgment of the Vehicle Rental Terms and Conditions.

Vehicle release will not occur until the intake form is completed and approved, including submission of a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Outtake Digital as Additional Insured and Loss Payee with hired auto coverage.

Failure to complete the intake form or provide acceptable insurance may delay or prevent vehicle release. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incomplete or missing documentation.
